SHIPPING POLICY
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Premium Wigs Shop partners with third-party fulfillment centers and warehouses located in China and other countries to ship products directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide product selection at competitive prices.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Austria: 10-20 business days
- Germany: 10-20 business days
- Europe (EU countries): 12-22 business days
- United Kingdom: 12-25 business days
- United States: 15-25 business days
- Canada: 15-30 business days
- Australia: 15-30 business days
- Other international destinations: 15-35 business days

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer the following shipping options where available:
- Standard Shipping (most economical)
- Express Shipping (faster delivery, where available)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order by:

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties and taxes (customer's responsibility)
- Customs processing delays (typically 3-7 business days)
- Customs inspections
You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. We cannot predict these charges, as they vary by country and product value.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time plus 5 business days, please contact us at icvi@abv.bg and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
